CX Dismounts
I took some QuickTime movies at a recent snowy cyclocross race in Bridgeton, NJ. When reviewing the movie of the elite men on their first lap attack of the barriers, it was noticed how smooth, casual and fast they performed the running dismounts, hitting the ground running fast. (As opposed to my own dismounts where I hit the ground face first after hooking my leg on the seat.) Just to satisfy my own curiosity on how they did it, the movie was blown apart into its seperate images. The key images are shared below for your viewing pleasure. - White Zombie
